User responsibility
You may only upload, share, or comment on audio and other material that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload copyrighted stems, samples, or recordings unless you control the rights or have a valid license.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on STEMR infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@stemr.co.uk with:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on STEMR that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (project name, URL, username, or file name).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
We may remove or disable access to reported material and may notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated. We may restore content if a valid counter-notice is received and legal requirements are met.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, contact contact@stemr.co.uk with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken, consent to jurisdiction where required, and your signature.
