What to include
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can help:
- The email address on your account.
- A link to the project, if the problem is with a specific one.
- Your device and browser, or whether you were in the iOS app.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Common questions
I can't sign in.Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to reset it. If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.
Stems won't load or play. Refresh the page first — audio is streamed, so a dropped connection can stall a track mid-load. If it keeps happening, tell us which project and which stems.
I want my account or a project deleted. Email us from the address on the account and we will action it. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold and for how long.
Reporting content
To report a copyright issue, follow the process in our Copyright Policy. For anything abusive or unsafe, email us directly and mark the subject line urgent.
